Use lukewarm, ideally in the evening. Leave overnight. For hair: 1-2 times a week, massage a few drops of the Oil into the scalp and along the length of the hair. Leave for at least an hour. For skin: Massage a few drops of the Oil onto a cleansed face for a hydrating and softening effect. Massage onto dark spots/scars/stretch marks to gradually reduce their visibility. For thicker eyelashes & eyebrows: Massage a few drops into the eyelashes and eyebrows. For nails and cuticles: Apply 1 drop onto the nail bed and massage well.
