Start by outlining your lips with the lip liner wherever you want more precision and definition. Follow your natural lip shape or, if you’re a Trouble Maker, apply Overdo It slightly beyond the lip line for a fuller-looking effect. Sharpen the pencil when the tip begins to wear down.
Then apply the matte liquid lipstick using the applicator, filling the lips evenly with colour.
